Kira was part of a group of consultants who facilitated a program for 1800 managers at Citigroup. The focus of the program was on the performance management process and how to maximize the effectiveness of year end conversations.
Hired by Tim Redmond and Associates, Kira provided presentations skills training to a great group of new analysts at Rabobank International.
Along with two other Learning Dynamics consultants, Kira Copperman worked with a number of top executive mentors and their mentees to establish the beginning of ESPN’s 9 month mentorship program.
