Kira was part of a group of consultants who facilitated a program for 1800 managers at Citigroup. The focus of the program was on the performance management process and how to maximize the effectiveness of year end conversations.

Hired by Tim Redmond and Associates, Kira provided presentations skills training to a great group of new analysts at Rabobank International.

Along with two other Learning Dynamics consultants, Kira Copperman worked with a number of top executive mentors and their mentees to establish the beginning of ESPN’s 9 month mentorship program.

As part of a contracted, long term relationship between Learning Dynamics and MTV Networks, Kira Copperman provided an executive overview of “Leading a Multi-Generational Workforce” to Judy McGrath, President of MTV Networks, and her Executive Strategy Team. One of the members of team wrote, Thanks Kira – you’re presentation was great! The group was totally engaged and you hit all of the points that I was hoping you would.” Kira has been asked back to work with other leaders at MTV Networks.

Kira Copperman was asked to be the featured presenter recently at the American Society for Reproductive Medicine’s annual conference in Denver, Colorado. Her presentation, entitled “The Impact of New Communication Technologies on the Field of Infertility” was extremely well-received. One attendee said “this was the best talk of the conference” and another said “beyond outstanding!”

Kira Copperman presented an abstract at the recent American Society for Reproductive Medicine Conference. The research was entitled “A Survey of Fertility Practices and How They Use Electronic Communication” and was selected to receive an award by the Merck Corporation. The award money is going to be donated to the Livestrong Foundation.
