Kira Copperman, LMSW President

KBC Consulting is a boutique management consulting firm for the healthcare industry as well as corporations and small businesses. Kira B. Copperman, President of KBC Consulting, has over 15 years of Corporate Management and Human Resources experience. Her diverse employment background includes major corporations such as Viacom and Children’s Television Workshop as well as a successful career in healthcare management.

Kira has designed and delivered workshops on a variety of topics, including customer service, presentation skills, performance management, and team building. She has presented at numerous national conferences on topics related to customer service, employee satisfaction and stress management. She is an experienced executive and individual coach for corporate and healthcare clients.

Kira has authored articles for various publications and websites including, WebMD, the Open to Hope Foundation and Dowden Media. Her research has been featured in The Journal of Women’s Health and Sexuality, Reproduction and Menopause (SRM). Recently, she was featured on the radio show, “The Grief Blog” on Voice America.

Kira holds a Master’s from New York University and a B.S. from Emerson College. Active in the community, Kira has been a board member of a number of non-profit organizations.
